About the role
- Development of new manufacturing processes and optimization of existing processes
- Design and construction of prototypes and adaptation to specific requirements
- Implementation of projects using appropriate management, communication and documentation methods
- Collaboration with the Engineering, Quality Assurance and production departments to develop innovative solutions
- Documentation of all measures in compliance with GMP
- Preparation and revision of quality management documents as part of a continuous improvement process
- Use of appropriate qualification and validation strategies
- Risk and failure analyses as well as statistical evaluation of process data
- Close coordination with external planning and development companies to advance projects
Requirements
- Completed qualification in a scientific or technical degree program or a comparable vocational qualification (e.g., technician)
- Practical professional experience is already evident from your CV
- Initial practical experience in at least one of the following areas: GMP environment / pharmaceutical manufacturing / project management / process automation / validation / qualification / prototype development / technical drawing / CAD software
- Analytical thinking, technical understanding and a structured way of working are among your strengths
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Fluent German skills, both written and spoken
