About the role
- Support for the externally outsourced HR department
- Point of contact for HR during onboarding of new employees
- Monitoring returned personnel documents and handling recurring inquiries
- Recording employees' working time data in our Vivendi software
- Coordinating internship applications and responsible for processing internship contracts
- Monitoring deadlines related to occupational health and safety trainings
- Drafting employment references using software support
- Assisting with or independently carrying out projects
- Responsible for IT coordination during stand-in periods and providing support in recruitment
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g. Office Management Clerk, Office Communications Clerk, Administrative Clerk or equivalent)
- Prior experience and solid qualifications in personnel administration
- Enthusiasm for diverse tasks and willingness to learn new things
- Strong communication skills, self-initiative, team-oriented and service-focused
- Confident user of Outlook, Excel and Word
