About the role
- Establishment of a neighborhood project to strengthen community togetherness in our district
- Improving cohesion among all residents and promoting networking within the neighborhood
- Point of contact for the neighborhood and public representative
- Networking and activation of existing and new structures and interest groups
- Development of volunteer structures and strengthening of civic engagement
- Planning, coordination and implementation of measures and projects
- Promoting active participation and ongoing exchange between residents, relatives, stakeholders and citizens in the neighborhood
- Network building and public relations
Requirements
- Degree in social pedagogy or social work, or comparable qualification or professional experience in case management
- Ideally, experience in project management and participatory work with people
- Reliability and openness to new approaches
- Enthusiasm for creative, independent work and ability to develop and advise on concepts
- Respectful, appreciative attitude towards people with disabilities
- Team-oriented and self-responsible working style
- Values such as compassion, empathy and justice are important
