About the role

  • You organize the reception at the office and act as an interface between facility managers, employees and external contacts — including correspondence
  • You provide direct support to the Executive Management and assist with organizational matters
  • You independently handle administrative tasks and projects
  • You provide both flexible and routine support to our administrative team in Human Resources (e.g., organizing birthdays, anniversaries, travel expense reports, arranging in-house training) and in Finance (e.g., bookkeeping, financial controlling, preparation of statistics), etc.
  • You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings and (video / hybrid) conferences, sometimes also taking minutes

Requirements

  • You have a completed commercial apprenticeship in office management, office communication or a comparable qualification
  • You bring several years of experience from an assistant role or a comparable position
  • You are strong in communication, absolutely trustworthy and self-motivated, enjoy teamwork and are service-oriented
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced knowledge of Office applications (especially Excel)
