About the role

  • As the responsible director of the TAL 19 counseling and therapy center, you combine leadership competence with therapeutic practice and strategic foresight in organizational, financial and personnel matters.
  • Conceptual further development of the established and respected service offering — with passion, creativity and innovation.
  • Therapeutic support of clients through individual and, where applicable, group interventions.
  • Ensuring professional quality based on current addiction-therapy and social-pedagogical standards — committed to effective, person-centered work.
  • Responsible implementation of legal requirements — in particular regarding residential-supervision regulations, reporting and the requirements of funding agencies.
  • Cooperative collaboration with authorities, payers, network partners, caregivers and referring agencies — reliable, professional and on equal terms.
  • Representation of the facility in professional committees, networks and the local community — an authentic voice for our work and our values.

Requirements

  • You hold qualifications as a Psychological Psychotherapist (m/f/d) (at minimum completed the second stage of clinical training) or as a recognized/certified addiction therapist (m/f/d).
  • Ideally, you bring experience in managing a facility.
  • You lead with conviction: cooperative, empathetic and motivating.
  • You work in a structured and reliable manner with an eye for the bigger picture — both in interpersonal cooperation and in organizational processes.
  • Clear on the substance, approachable in tone.
  • You are organized, methodical, responsible and future-oriented.
