About the role
- Establishment of a neighborhood project to strengthen community cohesion in our district
- Improvement of social cohesion among all residents
- Promotion of neighborhood networking
- Point of contact for the neighborhood and public representation
- Networking and activation of existing and new structures and interest groups
- Development of volunteer structures and strengthening of civic engagement
- Planning, coordination and implementation of measures and projects
- Promotion of active participation and continuous exchange between residents, relatives and participating stakeholders and citizens in the neighborhood
- Networking and public relations work
Requirements
- Degree in social pedagogy or social work, or a comparable qualification or professional experience in case management
- Ideally, experience in project management and participatory work with people
- Reliable, open to new ideas and enjoy creative, independent work
- Ability to develop concepts and provide advisory support
- Knowledge of public relations
- Appreciative and respectful attitude towards people with disabilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
