About the role
- Support in processing EU tenders / tender management
- Assist with handling customer inquiries and preparing offers
- Ongoing communication with existing and new customers together with the sales team
- Support in presenting and explaining our services
- Conduct market and trend analyses
- Contribute to the preparation of project-specific cost calculations
- Support in drafting partial and full maintenance contracts
- Draft service agreements together with experienced colleagues
- Regular reporting and presentations within the team
Requirements
- Completed technical or business degree, or nearing completion
- Initial exposure to areas such as energy, engineering, sales or project work is an advantage
- Interest in commercial contexts and customer interaction
- Structured working style, quick learner, willingness to take responsibility
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
- Very good English skills, spoken and written, and native-level German
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Driver's license (Class B)
