About the role
- Lead and organize the onshore Adwen team
- Primary point of contact for the Project Manager(s)
- Handle service and repair orders on the AREVA WIND M5000-116
- Perform repairs on electrical and hydraulic systems
- Independently document all work performed
Requirements
- Completed vocational or technical training (e.g., apprenticeship or equivalent)
- Several years of leadership/management experience
- Independent, structured and results-oriented work style
- High level of flexibility and commitment
- Very good command of German
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work at heights and physically fit
- Valid Class B driving license
