About the role
- Active involvement in and technical support for our project managers in the execution of our offshore projects
- Technical point of contact for customers, contractual partners and employees
- Support our service teams in maintenance activities for offshore wind turbines, substation platforms and foundations
- Prepare fault analyses, follow up on technical incidents and prepare repairs and retrofits including the associated technical documentation
- Contribute to the preparation of work instructions, service reports and maintenance documentation
- Coordinate quotations for maintenance and repairs with our sales department
- Develop and implement improvement concepts in coordination with the team and other departments
- Occasional offshore assignments to develop technical solutions and validate work procedures
- Maintain service management tools/order management systems
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman
- Qualified electrical specialist with experience in energy technology (protection systems, grid operation, substations)
- Proficiency in protection and control systems, protection relays, protection test equipment and their software, and PLC control systems
- Confident user of MS Office and documentation systems
- Team player
- Independent, responsible, structured and results-oriented working style
- Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken
- Fit to work at height and physically fit
- Driving license class B (car)
