About the role
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Developing and implementing strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding the market
- Identifying market trends and business opportunities
- Preparing and conducting client meetings, presentations and contract negotiations
- Close collaboration with company management, marketing and sales
- Preparing proposals, forecasts and reports

Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration (BBA/BA or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in the wind energy industry in a technical role or in project management
- Technical understanding of renewable energy technologies
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
- Analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Independent, structured working style and strong goal orientation
- Fluent in German and English
