About the role
- Technical maintenance of item master data
- Technical support for specialist departments in the spare parts area
- Establishment and management of a technical database
- Preparation of technical documentation
- Technical support for procurement and logistics
- Technical specification of spare parts and coordination with suppliers
- Development of repair concepts and preparation of required purchasing specifications
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician / Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) or equivalent; further qualification as a certified technician is a plus
- Strong communication skills and good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong service orientation and analytical thinking
- Ideally, experience with the ProAlpha® ERP system
