About the role

  • Manage a variety of exciting projects in the securities environment
  • Coordinate project content with clients, sponsors and portfolio managers
  • Actively contribute to market, acquisition and growth strategies
  • Decide on and implement an agile or traditional project structure as appropriate
  • Manage all project activities to efficiently achieve objectives
  • Organize project and committee meetings and facilitate collaboration

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least five years of professional experience as a project manager — ideally in the securities, consulting or IT environment
  • Solid knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods (e.g. project management certifications, Scrum, SAFe©, Kanban)
  • Excellent German skills (C2)
  • Good English skills (B2)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present topics transparently
  • Proactive approach to challenges and the ability to maintain oversight in complex projects
  • Team-oriented work style and the ability to motivate others by example
  • Good sense for working with cross-functional teams
