About the role

  • Analyze and optimize processes together with business units and IT
  • Develop new concepts and further develop systems and processes
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Resolve customer inquiries with a solution-oriented approach
  • Take on and lead projects as required
  • Prepare presentations and decision documents for various audiences

Requirements

  • Experience in project management or process optimization, ideally from the banking or financial services sector
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies is an advantage
  • Ability to understand IT topics and communicate effectively with IT teams
  • Initial professional experience in the securities environment is desirable but not required
  • Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2)
  • Analytical mindset
  • Negotiation skills and a structured way of working
  • Confident presence and persuasive ability
