About the role

  • Technical responsibility for specific applications (third-party systems/SaaS) at dwpbank
  • Coordination of external providers regarding the implementation of changes
  • Responsibility for error analysis and corrections of existing applications
  • Interface management between business units and IT
  • Support for business units with day-to-day operational questions
  • Creation and maintenance of project and system documentation

Requirements

  • Experience in application support and application development across various platforms
  • Sufficient database know-how (e.g., Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL…)
  • Knowledge of data modeling and interface design
  • Advantageous: experience in the banking sector
  • Fluent German (C1)
  • Good English skills (B2)
  • Interest in and enthusiasm for learning different applications
  • Open to new approaches and a proactive, solution-oriented working style
  • Commitment and strong communication skills
