About the role

  • Participate in projects, particularly around Cash‑FX, financial transactions and reconciliation
  • Assume subject-matter responsibility or take on the role of project management
  • Analyze and optimize existing processes
  • Develop new concepts and advance the development of systems and processes
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners in the custody process
  • Prepare clear, impactful presentations and decision documents for different target audiences
  • Independently familiarize yourself with new topics and develop solutions

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, a degree in finance or business administration, or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in project management or process optimization, ideally from the banking or financial services environment
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with IT and to translate business requirements clearly
  • Confident user of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B1)
