IT Support

• You are responsible for the stable operation and strategic development of our digital system landscape
• You manage and optimize our central platforms and systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365, learning platform) together with our service providers
• You digitize and automate internal processes and introduce structured, cloud-based working methods
• You coordinate external IT service providers and act as the central interface between business units, management and IT partners
• You analyze requirements, select appropriate digital solutions and implement them independently
• You ensure IT security, data protection and system stability
• You are responsible for monitoring, reporting, support management and the documentation of central systems
