About the role

  • Continuous development and enhancement of the IPLS-ROT application
  • Implementation of changes across multiple small but diverse functional areas
  • Backend development within an existing system architecture
  • Solution design at component and feature level
  • Technical consulting and advisory support for business stakeholders
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Contribution to documentation and overall system understanding

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering experience in complex enterprise systems
  • Hands-on development experience with: Java, Perl, PHP, SQL, Apache Tomcat
  • Experience working in agile development environments
  • Solid understanding of OSS/BSS-integrated system landscapes
  • Ability to analyze, design, and implement solutions within existing architectures
  • German language proficiency (required)
  • Nice to have: experience in telecom or network-related systems (OSS, provisioning, workflows)
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Experience interfacing with business stakeholders or a consulting mindset
  • Familiarity with systems featuring a high number of interfaces, workflow-driven processes, and inventory/resource management
