About the role
- Outbound calling with drive: approx. 120 dials per day — target around 5 completed applications per day
- Building trust: turning skepticism into confidence — empathetically and persuasively engaging relatives and patients
- Consultations with heart: providing telephone information about our unique care services in assistive devices and home emergency call systems
- Supporting existing customers: handling follow-up questions and organizational matters with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
- Documentation & communication: straightforward work with our internal software tools (full onboarding provided)
Requirements
- Enjoy talking to people and the ability to convey calm and reassurance even in difficult moments
- Empathy, active listening and solution-oriented thinking
- Ideally some experience in advisory roles, customer service, caregiving or the healthcare sector
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Basic technical proficiency — comfortable using a laptop, headset and software tools
