About the role
- Outbound calling with drive: around 120 calls per day — your target is roughly 5 applications per day (average is between 5–10 applications/day)
- Building trust: turn skepticism into confidence — approach relatives and patients with empathy and conviction
- Compassionate advising: provide telephone explanations about our unique care offering in assistive devices and emergency call services (Hausnotruf)
- Supporting existing customers: handle follow-up questions and organizational matters with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
- Documentation & communication: work simply with our internal software tools (you will receive full training)
Requirements
- Enjoy talking to people and the ability to convey calmness and reassurance even in difficult moments
- Empathy, active listening, and solution-oriented thinking
- Ideally some first experience in advisory roles, customer service, caregiving, or healthcare
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Basic technical skills — comfortable using a laptop, headset, and software tools
