About the role
- Telephone-based consultation with prospective new patients and their family members — compassionate, solution-oriented, and with heart
- Support and assist our existing families with questions, uncertainties, or organizational concerns
- Provide information about our care offering in the area of assistive care products and intensive care services
- Documentation and communication using our internal software solutions (you will receive full training)
- Actively contribute to high service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Enjoy talking with people and the ability to convey calm and reassurance even in difficult moments
- Empathy, active listening, and solution-oriented thinking
- Ideally some experience in counseling, customer service, nursing, or healthcare
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Basic technical understanding — comfortable using a laptop, headset, and software tools
