About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively contact and advise business customers as part of a team-based outbound approach
Support the existing team in maximizing the potential of the customer portfolio
Identify potential customers for the “business customers” and “corporate customers” segments
Advise and sell via telephone on all matters related to digital payment solutions
Proactively promote the online offerings for digital payment solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial vocational training, a university degree, or a comparable qualification
Sales experience (outbound telephony)
Good knowledge of digital payment solutions for in-store retail and eCommerce is desirable
Strong understanding of sales and mediation processes for business customers
Very good written and spoken German and English
