Key responsibilities & impact

You represent the bank to clients and in the market.
You promote growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships and further developing them.
You take responsibility for your own client portfolio with demanding and complex needs.
You conduct regular strategic discussions and provide individual, holistic advice tailored to your clients' needs, including investments, retirement provision and succession planning.
You achieve sustainable results through structured advisory processes and work closely with expert teams on complex requirements.

What you’ll need

Completed banking training, ideally complemented by a degree or further professional qualification.
Proven success in client acquisition and in fully leveraging client potential.
Several years of advisory and sales experience in the financial services sector.
Expertise in investments and solid knowledge of the MiFID-compliant advisory and product range.
Strong communication skills, high customer and team orientation, a confident manner and self-initiative.
