Key responsibilities & impact
  • You represent the bank to clients and in the market.
  • You promote growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships and further developing them.
  • You take responsibility for your own client portfolio with demanding and complex needs.
  • You conduct regular strategic discussions and provide individual, holistic advice tailored to your clients' needs, including investments, retirement provision and succession planning.
  • You achieve sustainable results through structured advisory processes and work closely with expert teams on complex requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed banking training, ideally complemented by a degree or further professional qualification.
  • Proven success in client acquisition and in fully leveraging client potential.
  • Several years of advisory and sales experience in the financial services sector.
  • Expertise in investments and solid knowledge of the MiFID-compliant advisory and product range.
  • Strong communication skills, high customer and team orientation, a confident manner and self-initiative.
