About the role
- Advise our private customers via digital channels (telephone, video consultations, chat, co‑browsing) on topics such as accounts, service, and digitization
- Support customers in accessing the full standardized product range for investments, retirement provision, and personal loans
- Confident use of digital channels in customer advisory
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of retail banking products
- Strong sales skills and enjoyment in customer contact
- Outgoing and communicative personality
- High willingness to learn and motivation for continuous development
- Proficient in using PC and software applications
