About the role
- Support the definition of the product vision and develop a roadmap for E2E product enablement, focusing on Account Opening, Product Enablement and workflow automation ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and broader CCM transformation.
- Identify opportunities for client self-service to improve satisfaction, accelerate onboarding and transactions as well as reduce effort on the DB side.
- Translate business line strategies into consistent E2E management rules and requirements, focusing on account opening and setup workflow.
- Engage senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, and Business to secure buy-in and act as a central point of contact for various business lines representing different client segments.
- Drive agile delivery practices to ensure timely releases and quality outcomes, and monitor KPIs such as client rollouts, migration speed, client satisfaction and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder product initiatives in financial services, including automation, legacy decommissioning, and client migration.
- Strong commercial mindset with the capability to translate technical solutions into clear business value while navigating regulatory and compliance requirements in cash management.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, mitigating delivery risks, and driving outcomes aligned with strategic goals.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels, supported by strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of corporate payments, onboarding processes, and CCM platforms, with a strategic mindset that balances short‑term needs and long‑term vision.
