Requirements

Considerable experience in AML/CTF or a related legal, law enforcement, compliance, or regulatory role
Experience conducting AML investigations in a transaction monitoring or comparable environment
Experience with regulatory engagement, including regulatory reviews, audits, and issue remediation
Understanding of the legal and compliance issues within complex banking organizations
Knowledge of banking products and services, including corporate banking, investment banking, wealth management, and asset management
Knowledge of Markets, Wealth, Trade, Trade Finance, and Correspondent Banking products
Strong independent working capability
Operational knowledge of USD payment systems such as SWIFT, CHIPS, ACH, and FedFunds
Knowledge of AML laws and regulations including the USA PATRIOT Act
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex knowledge and ideas
Proactive, self-starting approach, with the ability to work autonomously
Meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong technical and problem-solving skills
