About the role
- Identify, develop and close new cash management deals
- Analyze client structures and identify gaps or weaknesses
- Collaborate with internal teams and global coverage partners
- Active portfolio management: create account plans and monitor KPIs
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals and RFP responses
- Ensure compliance, risk management and market monitoring
Requirements
- University degree
- At least 6–8 years of experience in Cash Management / Treasury Solutions, preferably with CEE clients
- Professional fluency in English; knowledge of Polish, Czech or Hungarian is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication at all levels (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze large datasets
- Able to work independently, with guidance in complex situations
- Decisive in non-standard situations
