About the role
- Spearheading engagement on ETFs with RIA, IBD and Wirehouse buyers across Texas
- Raising assets in existing ETFs and providing feedback to the product structuring team on new concepts and product launches
- Introducing RIA, IBD and Wirehouse buyers to other DWS solutions
- Collaborating with the rest of the global Xtrackers sales team and the Americas generalist sales team to drive NNA in-flows
- Managing and leveraging relationships to gain access and referrals within each target team as identified by the seeker and DWS business intelligence
- Delivering the DWS value proposition as a way to deepen and develop ongoing business relationships with target clients
Requirements
- Proven ETF Investment Sales experience and a track record in helping RIA, IBD and Wirehouse buyers with investment proposals
- Ability to maintain/develop client relationships, with strong ETF product knowledge capable of explaining and discussing a range of investment strategies
- Able to prioritize key initiatives across a broad range of opportunities and relationships
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills – able to build the trust and confidence of clients
- Educated to degree level with relevant experience in Investment/Asset Management or Financial Services
- Good project management skills and ability to work autonomously
- Series 7/63 required
