About the role
- Comprehensive support for Relationship Managers (RM) in preparing cases (data, documents, systems, etc.), as well as on all regulatory topics.
- Independently and autonomously manage and resolve KYC cases end to end.
- Ensure regulatory compliance within your market/territory responsibility in the region's sales activities.
- Proactive data management to maintain a consistently high level of data quality.
- Conduct internal training and support onboarding of new joiners in Regulatory Client Management (RCM).
- Perform administrative tasks related to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in banking, additional professional qualifications and/or a university degree.
- Extensive knowledge of KYC processes and systems, and an established professional network.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory issues and requirements.
- Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills; ideally experience in sales, operations, or service functions.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- High level of self-organization and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills and a results-oriented approach to implementation.
