About the role

  • Asset accounting and asset controlling for liquid and illiquid assets (including risk controlling)
  • Posting of all transactions for the portfolios under management, as well as monitoring and checking incoming domestic and foreign bank transactions received via interfaces for the client base under management (including manual error correction where necessary)
  • Portfolio reconciliation including maintenance and verification of prices, master data and asset classifications
  • Preparation of asset reports including preliminary review and plausibility checks (e.g., performance calculations)
  • Procurement, filing and archiving of relevant accounting documents
  • Supportive collaboration with clients' tax advisors and auditors on queries, annual audits or tax audits
  • If required, participation in preparing client presentations and custom analyses
  • Responding to client inquiries regarding reporting and controlling

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of and experience with the QPLIX application (asset reporting system)
  • University degree in finance or financial economics, vocational training in banking, tax specialist training or comparable qualifications
  • Knowledge of the family office business, consolidated wealth reporting, the banking sector and tax matters is an advantage
  • Experience interacting with clients
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant financial market instruments
  • Good command of English
  • Structured, independent and analytical way of working
  • Ability to solve complex problems and issues, including under increased pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident manner when dealing with clients
  • High quality awareness, discretion, flexibility and reliability
