• Design and develop the components of a highly performant, highly available energy trading platform
• Work with your team to on-board new technologies and pushing significant changes and initiatives within your product
• Take initiative: work with your team to select the correct technologies, tools, and approach to meet our goals
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to refine, analyze, and validate requirements. Identify solutions and develop them from their initial design stage all the way through to production

Software Engineer

• Support for development tasks in cloud infrastructure, data distribution and data processing
• Analyze and evaluate new technologies and present findings to the team
• Maintain and further develop the automated test framework (Node.js, Angular)
• Update and maintain developer documentation (Wiki, Confluence)
• Assist in creating product test models and executing tests
• Develop specialized test tools (regression testing, performance testing) and analyze test results

Working Student – Software Development, Development Support

• Preparation and review of VAT returns, recapitulative statements (EC Sales Lists) and annual VAT returns
• Strategic involvement in year-end closing processes and tax audits
• Point of contact for complex VAT matters
