About the role

  • Oversight of daily settlement of securities transactions and corporate actions processed on CCP trades.
  • Execution of standardized clearing processes.
  • First level support and helpdesk for Clearing Members.
  • Customer Trainings on ECAG delivery management and other services.
  • Emergency and incident management as well as escalation up to senior management level 24/5.
  • Cross-border collaboration with employees from the Group’s various other locations.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Knowledge of financial markets
  • Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented mindset
  • High degree of reliability, flexibility, and customer focus
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English (German is a plus)
  • Willingness to work in shifts and on public holidays
