About the role

  • You support recruiters in the daily recruitment process (creating job postings, processing incoming applications including pre-selection, etc.)
  • You coordinate interviews and handle their preparation and follow-up
  • You manage the applicant hotline in German and English
  • You assist HR advisors with employee-related personnel matters
  • You prepare employment contracts and certificates for employees
  • You maintain master data in SAP HCM, conduct research tasks and support projects

Requirements

  • You are enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university for the entire duration of the assignment (minimum: completion of the second semester)
  • Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in Human Resources through internships or a related area of study
  • You present a friendly and professional demeanor, have excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation
  • You have a proactive, team-oriented, structured and independent working style, and are highly motivated and enjoy administrative and organizational tasks
  • You are proficient with MS Office applications
  • You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
