About the role
- You support recruiters in the daily recruitment process (creating job postings, processing incoming applications including pre-selection, etc.)
- You coordinate interviews and handle their preparation and follow-up
- You manage the applicant hotline in German and English
- You assist HR advisors with employee-related personnel matters
- You prepare employment contracts and certificates for employees
- You maintain master data in SAP HCM, conduct research tasks and support projects
Requirements
- You are enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university for the entire duration of the assignment (minimum: completion of the second semester)
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in Human Resources through internships or a related area of study
- You present a friendly and professional demeanor, have excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation
- You have a proactive, team-oriented, structured and independent working style, and are highly motivated and enjoy administrative and organizational tasks
- You are proficient with MS Office applications
- You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
