About the role
- Implement changes to T7 configurations and trading/reference data
- Assess requirements and translate them into clean implementations
- Monitor regulatory developments and implement required adjustments
- Support corporate actions and ensure that relevant parameters are maintained correctly
- Support IPOs from an operations perspective
- Provide market-operational services
- Contribute to change/project initiatives and ensure the operational stability of implemented changes
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Requirements
- Degree in finance, business informatics, STEM (MINT) or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in an exchange-/trading-related environment or in a similarly complex, system- and data-driven operations role
- Enthusiasm for combining technology with capital markets/product knowledge and regulatory frameworks
- Strong quality awareness and an eye for detail
- Logical and structured thinker
- Clear and assertive communication
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
- Plus: experience with corporate actions/IPO processes, instrument data, release/go-live setups or automation (Power Automate, SQL, Python, etc.)
