About the role
- Manage overall client servicing with key clients including query management and KPI reporting
- Support Relationship Management teams with operational knowledge and onboarding strategies for new clients
- Develop and lead successful business migration plans
- Enhance and optimize internal and external processes with clients and stakeholders
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through client requirements oversight
- Support the Head of Client Service in delivering team goals and aiding team members' growth
Requirements
- 2 years professional experience in servicing B2B business partners
- Bachelor's degree in a financial, business or science-related field
- Good understanding of the financial services industry with a focus on Banking or Asset Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
