About the role
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing initiatives that increase visibility and engagement across both brands.
- Assist in creating the marketing strategy of the company.
- Manage and optimize digital channels—including websites, landing pages, SEO, social media, newsletters, and email programs.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house Creative team to develop high-quality content across mediums (blogs, videos, announcements, case studies, culture content, thought leadership).
- Drive employer-brand marketing for DEUS, highlighting culture, mission, and opportunities to attract top talent.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, storytelling, and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Use analytics & engagement tools (GA4, SEMRush, HubSpot) to monitor performance and deliver insights that guide improvements.
- Create meaningful, insight-driven content that resonates with scientific, technical, and business audiences.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that elevate visibility, support community building, and generate interest among candidates and partners.
- Ensure content is data-informed, high quality, and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Support the Commercial team by contributing to targeted, revenue-aligned marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology organizations.
- A hands-on marketer who’s comfortable executing across digital, content, brand, and campaign channels.
- Skilled in using HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta, SEMRush, Canva, email tools, and other core marketing platforms.
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across Creative, Commercial, Technical and HR teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Creative, data-informed, and highly organized.
- Bonus: Experience in AI, tech, or employer branding.
