About the role
- Own the technical sales cycle from discovery through deal closure, acting as the main technical advisor to enterprise prospects.
- Partner with Sales to position agentic intelligence, multi-agent systems, and bespoke strategists as solutions to real operational and financial problems.
- Manage all technical stages of the sales pipeline to ensure a seamless transition into onboarding and delivery.
- Lead and deliver high-impact technical demos tailored to C-suite, finance, product, and e-commerce executives.
- Translate complex concepts (AI agents, data orchestration, integrations, payments intelligence) into clear, execution-ready business value.
- Quantify ROI and business impact, identifying hidden costs in manual processes, data silos, and inefficient payment flows.
- Build value-based business cases that connect cost, performance, and revenue outcomes.
- Conduct deep technical and operational discovery to uncover:
- - Data fragmentation and lack of business context in existing AI or BI tools
- - Payment inefficiencies (acceptance rates, chargebacks, reconciliation, routing)
- - Operational bottlenecks in finance, tech, and operations teams
- Create customized presentations and proofs of concept aligned to each merchant’s KPIs, goals, and operating model.
- Map how our platform integrates into the merchant’s current PSP, acquirer, and data stack.
- Act as a critical feedback loop to Product and Engineering, using insights from the field to shape the evolution of our multi-agent platform and AI strategists.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting within SaaS and Payments.
- Languages: Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Payments & Integrations Expertise: Strong understanding of APIs, SFTP integrations, and no-code connectors
- Enterprise Sales Experience: Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with global enterprise customers.
- Value-Based Selling: Demonstrated ability to build cost-to-performance and revenue impact business cases.
