About the role
- Provide executive leadership and operational oversight for all outpatient behavioral health programs.
- Lead strategic development and implementation of outpatient programs and integrated behavioral health initiatives.
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of outpatient care including therapy and case management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with federal and state requirements.
- Monitor program performance and clinical outcomes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide direct supervision to clinical leads and licensed clinicians to ensure strong clinical practice.
- Collaborate with internal leadership and community partners to support integrated care delivery.
Requirements
- A Master’s Degree from a recognized college or university in the Human Services, the Social Services, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or a related field.
- Five (5) years of professional clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or mental health setting.
- At least two (2) years of experience as an executive, manager, administrator or supervisor in a behavioral healthcare or mental health setting.
- A valid State of Michigan Driver’s License with a safe and acceptable driving record.
