Provide executive leadership and operational oversight for all outpatient behavioral health programs.
Lead strategic development and implementation of outpatient programs and integrated behavioral health initiatives.
Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of outpatient care including therapy and case management.
Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with federal and state requirements.
Monitor program performance and clinical outcomes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Provide direct supervision to clinical leads and licensed clinicians to ensure strong clinical practice.
Collaborate with internal leadership and community partners to support integrated care delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Master’s Degree from a recognized college or university in the Human Services, the Social Services, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or a related field.
Five (5) years of professional clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or mental health setting.
At least two (2) years of experience as an executive, manager, administrator or supervisor in a behavioral healthcare or mental health setting.
A valid State of Michigan Driver’s License with a safe and acceptable driving record.
