About the role

  • Responsible for selling our test portfolio to hospitals in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)
  • Proactively approach and support clinics and hospitals within the healthcare sector
  • Build and expand key-account relationships with decision-makers in hospitals
  • Work closely with marketing, product development and executive management
  • Represent Detechgene at trade shows, conferences and customer meetings
  • Maintain CRM systems, monitor market trends, and relay customer feedback for product improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales of IVD/medical devices (minimum 5 years)
  • Existing contacts at hospitals in NRW required
  • Willingness to travel (primarily within NRW, approx. 90%), strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Sales experience combined with the strategic foresight to build structures
  • Fluent German; English skills are an advantage
