About the role
- Responsible for selling our test portfolio to hospitals in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)
- Proactively approach and support clinics and hospitals within the healthcare sector
- Build and expand key-account relationships with decision-makers in hospitals
- Work closely with marketing, product development and executive management
- Represent Detechgene at trade shows, conferences and customer meetings
- Maintain CRM systems, monitor market trends, and relay customer feedback for product improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales of IVD/medical devices (minimum 5 years)
- Existing contacts at hospitals in NRW required
- Willingness to travel (primarily within NRW, approx. 90%), strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Sales experience combined with the strategic foresight to build structures
- Fluent German; English skills are an advantage
