- Champion the Det-Tronics Growth with Customer Focus strategy across North America.
- Align commercial priorities, investments, and resources with enterprise growth objectives.

- Drive strategic initiatives that strengthen market leadership, increase customer loyalty, and expand the installed base.
- Develop and execute the North America commercial strategy aligned with the Det-Tronics strategic plan.
- Own the Annual Operating Plan, delivering profitable growth through revenue, orders, margin, and market share expansion.
- Drive disciplined commercial execution through KPIs, forecasting, pipeline management, and business reviews.
- Build a World-Class Sales Organization
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, and channel partners.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional commercial talent while building a strong succession pipeline.
- Own Pricing & Commercial Excellence
- Develop and execute regional pricing strategies that maximize profitable growth.
- Maintain pricing discipline, discount governance, and commercial consistency across the region.
- Ensure forecasting accuracy, CRM excellence, and data-driven decision-making that delivers predictable business performance.
- Accelerate Portfolio & Market Expansion
- Increase adoption of the complete Det-Tronics portfolio, associated brands, and new product introductions.
- Identify new markets, emerging customer applications, and strategic growth opportunities.
- Strengthen Channel Performance
- Optimize distributor, representative, OEM, system integrator, and EPC partnerships.
- Develop effective go-to-market strategies that increase customer reach and regional growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in industrial, technical, or engineered solutions
- Proven success leading multi-state or regional sales organizations
- Demonstrated experience driving profitable growth, pricing strategy, forecasting, and commercial execution
- Experience managing distributors, OEMs, EPCs, engineering firms, and strategic channel partners
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing revenue, margins, and business performance
- Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: Industrial Safety, Fire & Gas Detection, Industrial Manufacturing or other related industries.
