Requirements

What you’ll need

A background of 5 to 10 years in flight operations, aircraft performance, mission analysis, or a strong 1 to 2 year track record in highly relevant UAV operations or flight physics.
Experience reviewing flight logs, telemetry, and complex mission data. Strong understanding of aircraft performance, aerodynamics, and operational constraints.
Hands on exposure to flight simulation, mission reconstruction, or operational modeling.
Familiarity with UAV or drone operation is highly valuable.
Ability to collaborate effectively with pilots, engineers, and operators in fast paced environments.
Clear communication skills to deliver insights that support rapid and informed decisions.
