About the role

  • **What You´ll Do**
  • Synchronize weekly product updates from Sales Engineering into all marketing content.
  • Maintain structured content spreadsheets and image collections used by the design team as inputs for the automated design systems, localization workflow, and design updates across all the printed materials.
  • Update and format slide decks in multiple languages.
  • Keep content inventories accurate, version-controlled, and compliant with classification rules.
  • Perform quality checks for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and terminology.

Requirements

  • **What You’ll Need**
  • - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Technical Communication, Information Management, or related fields. Or alternatively, a STEM degree accompanied with experience in marketing or technical writing.
  • - Experience in a cross-over of an engineering and marketing fields.
  • - 1–3 years in slide deck management, documentation, localization coordination, or similar structured roles within military, aviation or UAV organization, with exposure to security-controlled content.
  • - Strong spreadsheet skills; excellent written English; good PowerPoint formatting ability.
  • - Ability to interpret technical information and maintain strict accuracy.
  • - Strong organizational habits and version-control discipline.
  • - Comfortable with repetitive, accuracy-critical tasks.
  • - English fluency is required, other additional language would be considered a plus.
