About the role
- Assist and generate the recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for the company.
- Source and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Contribute by helping in our recruitment process, creating job postings, candidate follow-up, etc.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, and industry events.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment, with affinity for the aerospace industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively conduct interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. Both speaking and writing.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Ability to use various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract top talent.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (in the Netherlands) to ensure compliance in hiring practices.
- Experience in managing hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding.
