About the role

  • Maintain confirmed purchase orders in MS Dynamics
  • Obtain timely PO confirmations from suppliers and maintain accurate data in the ERP system.
  • Monitor open order status, track deliveries against need dates, and proactively expedite orders as required.
  • Resolve basic operational issues, such as invoice discrepancies (matching PO/Receipt/Invoice), minor delivery delays, or documentation queries.
  • Escalate complex or recurring issues to the Country lead Procurement.
  • Update and Maintain released products with accurate supplier information
  • Update and Maintain Vendor information in our system (MSD)

Requirements

  • Experience 5-8+ years in operational purchasing, procurement administration, or expediting, ideally within a manufacturing environment where precision and efficiency are key.
  • Skills Strong command of ERP systems, with MS Dynamics as a must-have.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational excellence, and clear communication across teams and suppliers.
  • English Fluency, its our working language.
