About the role
- **What You´ll Do**
- - Processing incoming and outgoing invoices and the associated bank transactions.
- - You will create reports for accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will also be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers.
- - Internally, you will be the first point of contact for project management and purchasing.
- - Processing intercompany transactions and the monthly reconciliation of these transactions.
- - Processing VAT returns on time.
- - Performing financial checks on ongoing projects.
- - Preparing and checking management reports (weekly and monthly).
- - Performing monthly closing activities on time so that MT reports and reports for internal and external stakeholders can be drawn up.
- - Performing activities for financial audits.
- - Other tasks that recur regularly to guarantee correct and timely reporting
Requirements
- **What You´ll Need**
- - You have a Bachelor level based on education or experience in the direction of Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- - You have at least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role.
- - You speak and write fluent German and English. English is the working language in our company.
- - Affinity with Microsoft Dynamics
- - Full-time availability is desired.
