About the role
- Own the booking funnel
- Own the end-to-end booking experience across Yourgi and Yourgi Pro, with a clear focus on increasing search-to-booking conversion and reducing checkout drop-off
- Define, instrument, and monitor the funnel with clear event definitions, dashboards, and guardrails, raising data quality over time.
- Run an experimentation-driven roadmap
- Identify friction points through data, user insights, and support feedback, then translate them into a prioritized set of experiments and improvements
- Design and run disciplined experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, phased rollouts), analyze results, and scale what works
- Make tradeoffs between speed, UX quality, and technical complexity, keeping teams aligned on scope and expected outcomes
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver trust-building booking experiences that work in the real world
- Partner with the team that owns Pro acquisition and onboarding on initiatives that impact marketplace conversion and booking success
- Develop long-term strategy for increasing bookings in partnership with Product Director and VPs.
- Develop deep expertise in Yourgi’s marketplace dynamics, including supply and demand balance, availability management, pricing, and fulfillment workflows.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for bookings and onboarding across web and mobile experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Proven track record improving conversion in a revenue-critical funnel (ecommerce, checkout, bookings, or similar), including optimizing flows across web and mobile apps.
- Strong understanding of marketplace growth levers, including acquisition, onboarding , conversion, liquidity, and retention.
- Writing clear user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria that translate strategy into executable work.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands across multiple teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort partnering across Product, UX, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-directed mindset, comfortable taking ownership, moving quickly, and solving problems independently without micromanagement.
- Experience in B2B2C SaaS, pet care, healthcare, or other customer-care or operationally complex platforms.
