Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic analysis.
Lead preparation of board materials and executive-level reporting with a high degree of accuracy and clarity.
Manage G&A expense planning and analysis, ensuring alignment with company objectives and cost optimization.
Deliver timely and accurate balance sheet and cash flow forecasts to support liquidity and capital planning.
Lead and manage the finance rhythm of business processes, including monthly and quarterly reviews, ensuring alignment across teams.
Play a critical role in long-range planning, partnering with leadership to define financial strategies and growth targets.
Support month-end and quarter-end close processes with analysis and insights to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Provide thought leadership and mentor junior team members to elevate analytical capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance roles.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis, including balance sheet and cash flow.
Strong presentation skills with experience preparing materials for senior executives and boards.
Knowledge of SQL and ability to leverage data for insights is a plus.
