About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead consultative sales meetings with warm, pre-qualified couples ready to choose their resort and package
- Develop and present customized wedding package quotes tailored to each couple's vision and budget
- Drive all closing activity — follow up relentlessly, create urgency and lock in bookings
- Build strong relationships with clients that lead to referrals, upgrades and long-term loyalty
- Partner with SDRs to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent client experience from first touch to booking
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline activity in the CRM
- Contribute to the growth and culture of an elite, results-driven sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- A proven closer with a track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment

- Exceptional communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Unwavering persistence and the ability to create urgency without pressure tactics
- The natural ability to connect with people quickly and earn their trust
- Comfort managing a high-volume pipeline across multiple clients simultaneously
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
- Availability to work evenings and weekends when couples are most reachable
- Prior sales experience required; experience in hospitality, travel, or events is a significant plus
