QA Engineer

• Supports the Quality Manager in implementing lean manufacturing processes and maintaining the quality management system.
• Perform visual, and dimensional inspections coupled with documentation reviews to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
• Interact effectively with the Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Materials Management.
• Lead daily Material Review Board meetings to disposition non-conforming material.
• Document all non-conformances and record in Oracle nonconforming process.
• Coordinate and prioritize First Piece Inspections with production teams.
• Review and complete yearly gage calibrations of all gages.
• Support machining and assembly personnel with inspection activities and non-conformance investigations.
