• Advanced Shopify administration: setup, theme customization, app integrations, and custom developments (Liquid, HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript).
• Management of product catalogs, content and e-commerce back-office operations.
• Maintenance and updates of the company’s other e-commerce sites (6–9) to ensure their performance and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration with marketing and design teams to improve user experience and product presentation.
• Monitoring and analysis of e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, average order value) to recommend improvements.
• Administration and securing of Google Workspace accounts (user management, access rights, best practices).
• Implementation and follow-up of IT security best practices (access management, backups, compliance).
