About the role
- Develop strategies, definitions, and plans for the development of digital products;
- Manage relationships with key B2B partners to plan the development of technologies/products;
- Lead and develop the team in Brazil;
- Analyze competitive information (benchmarking) and products in the travel industry;
- Identify opportunities and build business cases with a strong data-driven approach;
- Work closely with UX/UI and IT teams to implement major projects and features that impact the business and user experience;
- Analyze and prioritize initiatives/projects based on effort, expected impact, and level of innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- Advanced Spanish (able to communicate effectively);
- Intermediate English;
- Experience with digital products;
- Proven end-to-end product experience: roadmap, discovery process, and interfacing with IT and UX;
- Team management experience;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
